Maintenance Planner

We have a current requirement for a Maintenance Planner to join our facilities maintenance team based on our biopharma client site in Limerick.

The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for ensuring all maintenance tasks are prioritised and completed efficiently.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Maintenance Planner include:

-You will ensure the optimum efficiency of work effectiveness by recognising the urgency of tasks and separating reactive and proactive requirements.

-You will evaluate and schedule resources (manpower and materials) and co-ordinate tasks and assist in the measurement of performance of maintenance work.

-You will work with Maintenance managers and supervisors to investigate causes of breakdown and identify and implement corrective action to avoid recurrence.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

3 years hands-on experience working consistently to high standards and have a high level of attention to detail whilst working on your own and in a team, ideally within a regulated industry.

Computer literate with Microsoft Office and asset management software experience.
