Seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to manage and deliver Operational Readiness within a leading Pharmaceutical site, with responsibility of development, accountability, guidance, and direction of engineering capitals projects:

Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

  • 10 years experience working as a Senior Engineer, familiarity with pharmaceutical processes, systems, and terminology in project management, engineering, operations, maintenance and construction
  • Relevant pharmaceutical site operations and/or engineering leadership experience
  • Operational Readiness project experience
  • Advanced MS Project experience
  • Competent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to an engineering and non-engineering audience.
  • BMS and HVAC systems associated instrumentation & controls knowledge is required.

Key Skills Required

  • Deliver the effective development and management of the business aspects of Operational Readiness - including operating and technology procedures, production, operating budgets, technical support processes, etc.
  • Engage within Operational Readiness Plan for multiple project in the portfolio of capital projects including expansions, new brownfield facilities and greenfield operations.
  • Plan and manage project specific scope, schedules, budgets, project specific guidance outlines and progress tracking programs.
  • Provide design feedback as appropriate to support the project’s ultimate safe, productive, and sustainable operation.
  • Develop, manage and lead relevant teams to deliver the Operational Readiness Plans as each project develops, including sequencing coordination with design, construction, commissioning, and site operations.
