Headcount’s managed service peaked on the Roche site in Ennis, Clare with a team of 65 people. Headcount managed the entire engineering function. The Roche site is now being decommissioned, the Headcount managed service now covers all aspects of work on the site including: Decommissioning Engineers, Finance, IT, H&S, Management, Security & Facilities.

Regeneron

Regeneron is a global biopharmaceutical facility based in Raheen Business Park, Limerick.  In 2017 Headcount implemented an engineering managed service on the site and currently manages an extensive team of Facilities Engineers and Site Technicians, in addition to a wide range of quality, validation and other specialised roles.  Headcount also introduced a programme initiative to support and promote “employee wellbeing” and currently employs a number of Health and Fitness experts as part of the overall managed service.

Cook Medical

Since 2016 Headcount has operated a Managed Service for Cook Medical, a leading global medical devices organisation that specialises in the development of cutting-edge products to healthcare systems through the world.  Headcounts Managed Service programme supports the Quality and Regulatory divisions in addition to R&D and engineering disciplines.  We also support Cook Medical with a specialist off-site office-based team managing PFMEA’s and DFMEA’s along with select bespoke projects.

Pfizer

In 2009, Wyeth Medica (now Pfizer) Newbridge sought to consolidate their outsourced engineering personnel under a single supplier and Headcount was awarded the contract to act as the exclusive on-site engineering Managed Services programme provider.

We were responsible for a team in excess of 60 qualified personnel to manage various engineering capital projects across the Newbridge site. Key experience ranged from pharmaceutical Project managers, Project Engineers, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering as well as a team of Safety specialists.

Headcount continues to provide Pfizer with contract engineering resources.

Johnson & Johnson

Vision Care is a Johnson & Johnson company based in Limerick that manufactures contact lenses using advanced robotics systems.  Since 2005 Headcount has provided Vision Care with various flexible engineering talent solutions. Our continued success to date allows Headcount to support Vision Care through our managed service division in managing a site technical engineering team and personnel.

Air Liquide

Headcount for over 10 years has provided flexible talent solutions to Air Liquide. Headcount has a growing managed service team at Air Liquide providing a full range of services.

Bristol-Myers Squibb

BMS Cruiserath is a multi-product Cell Culture Biologics manufacturing facility who have recently invested c$1bn in the construction of a new facility.  Headcount support BMS with engineering, design and project management resources, and are part of their Framework Agreement to further support their growth in supplying talent across all their engineering and operation divisions.

SK biotek

SK biotek Ireland is a contract development and manufacturing organisation that focuses on pharmaceutical ingredients manufacturing.  Headcount provides SK biotek with engineering, construction management and project management and controls support. 

ESB Energy Solutions

Since 2019 Headcount has provided the ESB with a range of talent solutions primarily in the provision of smart energy solutions to the commercial & industrial sector in Ireland.

Air Liquide and Headcount have been working together in Ireland since 2010, as we needed a specialist Resourcing Partner to assist us in the development of an experienced team to facilitate a number of ongoing projects. We identified Headcount as the stand out provider in that they were able to demonstrate a number of viable solutions, ability to manage engineering teams and had excellent industry knowledge. Our core project teams was developed in minimal time and all with relevant experience.

Headcount continues to provide a hassle free solution for managing staff and we continue to use them exclusively for all new assignments where new experience is required.

Headcount provided contract personnel and services to Roche Ireland for over 20 years right up to the closure of the production plant. Over they period of time they went from being a support service provider to our number one supplier of contract personnel. They were our service provider of choice for supply all contract personnel. What distinguished Headcount from all other suppliers was the quality of personnel provided, open book in relation to charges, efficiency of administration, management integrity and support structures, in addition to willingness to work with us to streamline the process to remove waste at every opportunity. By the time I retired we had ability to track personnel costs, on a weekly basis at individual project level. This was an enormous benefit to our cost controllers, project managers and finance team.
